🧧 Chinese New Year 2027 Important Dates

​

Festive Blackout Period:
📅 7 January – 4 February 2027

 

Salon Closure:
📅 5 February – 11 February 2027

 

Business Resumes:
📅 Friday, 12 February 2027

We highly recommend booking your appointments early to secure your preferred date and time.

 

1. Chinese New Year Surcharge

An additional $20 festive surcharge per service/treatment will apply to all appointments scheduled during our Chinese New Year blackout period:

7 January – 4 February 2027

​

This surcharge helps us accommodate increased festive demand while maintaining our service quality and customer experience.

 

2. Membership, Packages & Promotional Exclusions

During the Chinese New Year blackout period (7 January – 4 February 2027), the following will not be applicable:

• Membership privileges and redemptions

• Prepaid treatment packages

• Gift vouchers

• Promotional offers and discounts

All treatments booked during this period will be charged at their regular service prices, plus the applicable $20 festive surcharge per service.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

3. Appointment Booking & Deposit

To secure your appointment during the festive season, a $20 deposit per service/treatment is required.

 

Booking Terms:

• Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Deposits must be received within 24 hours of the booking request.

• Appointments will only be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

• The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. However, due to the high demand for appointments during the festive season, we kindly request at least 5 days' advance notice for any rescheduling or cancellation.

 

Please note:

• Rescheduling with at least 5 days' notice is subject to appointment availability.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 5 days before the appointment will result in deposit forfeiture.

• No-shows will result in deposit forfeiture.

• Forfeited deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage our festive appointment schedule efficiently.

 

5. Appointment Arrival Time

To ensure a pleasant experience for all customers, we kindly request that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

 

If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible.

Important:

• Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment duration shortened.

• Depending on availability, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Your punctuality helps us provide the best possible service to every customer.

 

6. Eyelash Extension Appointments — No Mascara

For customers booking eyelash extension services, please arrive with clean lashes and without mascara or eye makeup.

If mascara removal is required, an additional $20 cleaning fee will apply.

 

This ensures our lash specialists have sufficient time to prepare your natural lashes for optimal application.

Saturday 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Last Appointment: 5:30 PM

🧧 Chinese New Year Holiday Closure

Closed: 5 – 11 February 2027

Our salon will resume normal business operations from 12 February 2027.
