As the Chinese New Year approaches, we're thrilled to announce that our appointment slots for this special occasion are now open!

Important Information:

Chinese New Year Surcharge 

Please be informed that there will be an additional $20 surcharge per treatment or service during the period from 10th January to 8th February 2024. This surcharge is in place to accommodate the increased demand and ensure we can continue to provide top-quality services during this festive season.

Exclusions:

Please note that during the period from 10th January to 8th February 2024,  our regular membership, package deals, gift vouchers, and ongoing promotions will not be applicable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Appointment Booking:

To secure your appointment slot during this busy season, we require a $20 deposit per services / treatments.

Slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit is received within 2 hours.

 

Please transfer the deposit via PayNow to UEN 201722603W, and remember to include your name and contact number in the reference. Your deposit will be offset against your session cost.

Rescheduling of Appointment:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 5 days' notice. Please be aware that the deposit is non-transferable or refundable for last-minute cancellations (less than 5 days before your appointment) and no-shows.

Arrival Time:

We value your time and aim to provide efficient service. Kindly arrive at least 5 minutes in advance of your appointment time. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please call or message us to inquire about our availability to ensure we can provide you with the best possible service. Please understand that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

Without Mascara:

To enhance your experience and maintain our high standards, we kindly request that you arrive without mascara on your eyes. If mascara is present, a $20 additional charge will apply to accommodate the additional time required for makeup removal.

Operation Hours: 

Monday- Friday 11am to 8pm  (Last appointment 7pm)

Saturday & Sunday 11am to 6:30pm (Last appointment 5:30pm)

We will be closed on Chinese New Year  from 9th to 17th Feb 2024

​

Business will resumes on 18th Feb 2024 (Sunday) .
